My Resume Shop Terms of Service/Privacy Policy

Introduction
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and My Resume Shop, LLC. (“MyResumeShop”). Your rights and obligations under this Agreement and in using this Site are not assignable. Your use and access of the MyResumeShop.com Web site (“the Site”) constitutes your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein. In addition, when using particular MyResumeShop.com services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines, rules, and policies applicable to such services that may be posted from time to time. Acceptable Use of Site
The Site is intended for individuals seeking information to create a resume and related services. You may use this Site only for lawful purposes within the stated context of MyResumeShop's intended and acceptable use of the Site. You agree not to sell or modify the MyResumeShop Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the MyResumeShop Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose, or in connection with products or services that are not those of MyResumeShop, without the express written consent of MyResumeShop. Application for Services
The submission of documents, information, and payment represents an application for services performed by MyResumeShop. MyResumeShop determines which applications to accept as customers. Acceptance of customers is at the sole discretion of MyResumeShop. Payment for denied applications will be refunded in a timely manner.

Payment for Services
Payment for service must be made in full prior to the start of any service. Once an application is accepted, payment in not refundable under any circumstances.

Links to Other Sites
From time to time MyResumeShop may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that MyResumeShop endorses the website(s). MyResumeShop has no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MyResumeShop, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from (i) any Content or other material You provide to any the Site, (ii) your use of any MyResumeShop Content, or (iii) your breach of the terms of these Terms. MyResumeShop shall provide notice to You promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding.

User Information
The Privacy Policy posted on the Site is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. We reserve the right to release information to the proper authorities, as a result of a violation of our standards or unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed and/or if we deem it necessary and/or appropriate. MyResumeShop has the right, but not the obligation, to refuse service in its sole discretion.

Disclaimers
MyResumeShop is not an employment agency or a recruiting firm, and makes no representations or guarantees regarding the effectiveness or timeliness of the Site in meeting the employment objectives of Users. MyResumeShop does not guarantee that information from the Site or Services provided by MyResumeShop will result in candidates being hired or positions being filled, and is not responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason made. The MyResumeShop.com site is provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind. In no event shall MyResumeShop be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from the use or inability to use any MyResumeShop.com content or service, whether or not MyResumeShop is advised of the possibility of such damages.

Limitation on Liability
MyResumeShop is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, MyResumeShop has no control over the truth, accuracy, quality, safety or legality of resumes provided to potential employers.
MyResumeShop cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the MyResumeShop Site or Services. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by a User from MyResumeShop through or from any MyResumeShop Site shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

Breach of Terms and Termination
Even after You are no longer a User of MyResumeShop, certain provisions of these Terms will remain in effect, including Sections on Indemnity, User Information, Disclaimers, and Limitation on Liability.
